This is the worst insurance company This is the worst insurance company. At first everything looked great, they offered not bad price and got everything done quickly. When my wife got her license half a year later, they doubled the insurance. 1000 pounds turned into 2000 thousand. Soon, unfortunately, my wife got into an accident due to the fault of another driver who did not let her pass when she was driving on the main road with a green light. We provided evidence from dash cam. The video shows the opponent's fault. At the moment (21.02.23), 5 months have passed since the accident, there is still no result. It's time for me to renew the insurance on my work car, but since there is an open case, my insurance has increased by £1000, and I wasn’t even driving the car that was involved in the accident. In a month, I need to renew the insurance for a car that was in an accident; the price will be increased again, since there is no solution to the accident. This is some kind of robbery, the insurance company is deliberately delaying even the most obvious consideration of the case with video evidence in order to increase payments. I work 18 hours, I barely have enough money for my family, I spent many years of savings on an old car(2012) to make it easier for my wife to take care of the children. But the insurance company forces me to work 24 hours a day just to pay them, and they will sit for years looking at obvious accidents without victims. On my only day off I tried to contact the company (1pm) and find out when there would be a decision on our case, I waited on the phone for 40 minutes, then I started writing in the chat and wasted 6 hours on numerous correspondence in vain. There is not one email address on the site where you can write a complaint. Each staff will transfer you to some other department, and then they will tell you that their working hours are over, write to us tomorrow. I need to take a month off to get through to the right department. I strongly recommend that you avoid this company, you won’t find a simpler case than ours, but they are still delaying the decision in order to rip off as much as possible from you, and also other companies will screw you if you have more than one car in the family. This is a conspiracy to rip off all drivers. 22/02/2024 We can’t get through on the phone, every time we connect to the claims department, they hang up on the phone. Our unfinished business is displayed in the system as Our fault, but this is 100% not true. In the chats I was told that the case is still under consideration and no decision has been made. CLAIM NON FAULT , NO RETURN REMAINING PREMIUM

Hi I had car collision in August 2024, not my fault, made a claim , my car has been written off, I received my valuation within 2 weeks...and here's the thing, my claim is still open! and I've been told I still have to pay my monthly premium and If I want to cancel my policy then I have to pay remaning premium! I do not even own the car any more! It's been written off and they keep charging me every month for something I do not own any more! what a scam! and the claim was not my fault! avoid this company! Car Insurance is a legal must on today's British Roads, Yet with less insurance claims being submitted and the likes of whiplash injuries now being scrapped & also the massive amount of excess drivers have to pay yet our yearly insurance premiums keep going up year on year regardless of how many NCB We have yet we still get fleeced year on year on higher premiums that never ever seem to come down regardless of what vehicles we drive or have cover for. Esure makes insurance simple with there go too site so you can check your documents and make changes in real time to makesure you and your family are covered if the uninvetable was to happen even though you still pay a scandalous premium the same as other insurers. Randomly cancelling insurance

I opened insurance with them. I then faced financial difficulties so I messaged them a few days after taking my payment declined. messaged on the 07/08/2024. We agreed on the 29/08/2024 that I could make my payment and get back up to date. They then cancelled my insurance on the 24/08/2024 and kept telling me they don’t know what I was on about even after having photo proof on the agreement. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Esure do nothing to protect its cusfomefs

A fraudulent claim was made against me. I provided good proof of photos and videos that the claim is false. However because a claim was made they have tripled my insurance cost, lost ncb and it has been 6 months with an open case with no end result. Even though the evidence speaks for itself! Abysmal customer service.

Abysmal customer service. Following a mechanical failure that caused a minor collision, esure repeatedly provided incorrect and misleading information on the repair. After 4 months, the car was still in storage despite being told at points that it was actually at the garage and parts were on order. After contacting the garage I discovered they had informed esure some months before that they would not be able to repair the car as they did not take on electric vehicles. After another period of time and several frustrating calls later, the car was eventually taken to another garage where it was assessed to be a write off. So now after 5 months, I'm still without a vehicle I am paying for, have no written statement notice that the car is written off and no valuation. They could not be more inept if that was their actual justification for exisiting. Avoid at all costs. Reviewed on: 21st July 2024
