Hastings car insurance

I have car insurance and a black box with Hastings, fitting the box and downloading the app was easy, the app is very interactive and useful when looking at my driving habits and ways to improve. Renewal was also simple and convenient on the app and I knew when to renew due to the handy reminders. My son just passed his driving test and is a named driver on the policy at a very reasonable rate. Reviewed on: 29th August 2024

Terrible customer service - avoid!

I was insured with this company before my current insurer and had to claim due to an accident in which I was hit by another driver in an incident which I was clearly not at fault for. The accident was in July 2018. I've only very recently seen the closure of the end of this case with the payout for personal loss and injury. I had to chase them the whole way through the claims process and my car was nearly disposed of by the initial recovery company as a result. I don't think I've ever been through so much stress in my life. I will never use this insurer again! Reviewed on: 24th August 2024
