    I have had a hsbc Premier account for a while and also use their service for a mortgage. If i ever have an issue I...     App/Website Not Yet Working.

    I finalised a Balance Transfer over to a HSBC Credit Card, & I was then advised to download the App to my mobile to ensure...     Late new mortgage offers and fund genocide

    HSBC used to make you a new mortgage offer 6 months prior to your deal expiry date, but they've now reduced this to 3 months... HSBC used to make you a new mortgage offer 6 months prior to your deal expiry date, but they've now reduced this to 3 months which gives you less opportunity to shop around, compare deals, consider options (with hsbc or a competitor).
