Title: After 5 years of loyalty, Santander turned their back on me when I needed them the most. I’ve been a loyal customer of Santander... Title: After 5 years of loyalty, Santander turned their back on me when I needed them the most. I’ve been a loyal customer of Santander for over 5 years. I’ve always done everything by the book: my salary has been paid into this account every single month, I’ve made regular deposits, never had any issues, and always trusted this bank with my finances. But now, when I’m facing a serious issue involving an international company that fraudulently took my money — and I have clear proof that I am entitled to get that money back — Santander has done absolutely nothing to help. No support. No interest. No protection. They simply don’t care. Instead of assisting a long-term, responsible customer in a time of real need, they’ve completely abandoned me. Five years of trust and loyalty, flushed down the toilet. When it really mattered, Santander showed their true colors: they’re only there when things are easy — when something goes wrong, you’re on your own. This is not a bank you can rely on. If you care about your money and peace of mind, stay far away from Santander. I’m deeply disappointed, frustrated, and honestly disgusted by how I’ve been treated. Read more Read less

    Don't use Santander.

    Don't use Santander. My re-mortgage application took 5 months (and still ongoing). Santander is basically a thief, they put me on high variable interest rate... Don't use Santander.     Santander saver is the best

    I really like my Santander saver and it has a 1.00% interest rate which is really nice. It’s always nice to have a bit of... It’s always nice to have a bit of money saved up and then if I’m in deaperate need of money on a rainy day I can always transfer my money without having to worry about interest being lost.     I've been with Santander for over 15 years and have been very happy with both the online and branch services. The Santander online app is...
