I have been using Halifax since it became a Public company and have found their service excellent throughout both on & offline, Their website is very customer friendly

Easy to deal with, they respond to calls and emails promptly and give value for money products. They still have High Street branches.

Good customer service but the local branch’s opening hours are quite limited.

Great bank easy to use app and fee free fees when travelling abroad
