    I would give 0, the staff are terrible.

    I would give 0, the staff are terrible, they gave me 2 options help today or put the complaint in , I said help today,... I would give 0, the staff are terrible, they gave me 2 options help today or put the complaint in , I said help today, they did the complete opposite they put complaint in. I was trapped now. I was told I would get a call.. no call, all I got was an email (they said they sent a text but I have the evidence here I didn't receive the text). They keep speaking about process but they don't follow their own process. I then tried complaining and they said you can't make an complaint as it's to do with the same issue, so they basically saying you can't complain about it. Now I've been but in the same place Ive got to wait another 14 days as I keep getting told I can't make another complaint. Bearing in mind to get the initial complaint in I had to phone 3 times , twice Cut off and no complaint put in and the last time I was given 2 options and the lady did the complete opposite of what I chose. Llyods customer service is woeful the staff try their best to stop you complaining and they try their best to not contact you properly. I Keep getting told wait and wait. I honestly wouldn't recommend llyods to my worse enemy, they have affected mentally and physically, I have told them this aswell they know. Funny thing is I was only complaining about losing £10 and it ended up costing me £350 as I had to miss work and had to buy anxiety medication, but yea as long as llyods protect their own.this last couple of weeks have made me want to not be alive I've had to spend so much time and energy and llyods have down the bareee minimum each time.     Good bank for cashback and additional yearly extras
