As the reason for your claim is not one of the covered events listed on the policy, we are unfortunately unable to cover your claim on this occasion." Given different reason when challenged ?!     Improved massively, still room for more.

    Lloyds have improved massively, but before the pandemic they were a bit of a mess, specifically in their anti-fraud triggers going off CONSTANTLY and bricking... Lloyds have improved massively, but before the pandemic they were a bit of a mess, specifically in their anti-fraud triggers going off CONSTANTLY and bricking my cards, Apple Pay etc. It’s better now - although I’ve switched to using PayPal debit instead through the same systems. Also their credit card benefits aren’t great, they expire after 1 year when the card lasts for 3+ (e.g. no international fees). Cashback offers are new but have to be manually activated in the app, not great when it could be automatic. Being a longtime customer doesn’t really count for much. BUT they are generally reliable, give money as compensation when they screw up, and their customer service are generally in the U.K. which I LOVE. Read more Read less

    Lloyd's bank stole from my account!

    Top tier credit card provider.

    Top tier credit card provider. Never had any issues with my Platinum Credit Card, and I would highly recommend anyone give Lloyds bank a go, you won’t regret it.
