    Any time I have a need to contact Nationwide's customer service, I am always met with a friendly and helpful assistant. My enquiries are always handled courteously and diligently.

    Flexplus account has good insurance products for a fee. The fee is far better than individual insurances. Savings rates are not the best however.

    Helpful customer service when I had an issue that needed attention, savings pot helps encourage you to save money. Overall I have never had any sort of issue with them!

    Make the switch to Nationwide

    I switched to Nationwide for personal banking (FlexDirect) after being with Barclays since my student years - a very long time! So glad that I... I switched to Nationwide for personal banking (FlexDirect) after being with Barclays since my student years - a very long time! So glad that I made the move. I received a £200 welcome for doing so (not my main reason for switching) and every year since I have received an annual Fairer Share bonus payment of £100 for being a customer. I find the Nationwide app and products so easy to navigate for banking online. If I have any questions, I can chat online with a real person - not a bot. I also applaud the fact that while all the high street branches are closing, Nationwide stays open. I wish I had made the switch sooner and would recommend Nationwide Bank to others.
